Homebirth doula

As a birthkeeper, I hold a space where birth is not a medical event, but an opportunity for a deep soul initiation, an initiation into the energy of Mother. A space for you to enter into altered states of consciousness throughout the duration of your pregnancy and labor to deeply commune with your baby and with your self. To become intimate with Life itself, through the portal of Birth. To allow birth to be the transformational event that it truly is.

I’m here to support you in your physiological, undisturbed birth. I trust that all women are capable of instinctual responses to her pregnancy and birth. That a woman knows, beyond thinking and feeling, what is happening and what is needed for her and her baby. Creating a space where nothing gets in the way of her instinctual responses, taking it as the main authority. I hold for you a pregnancy and birth where you and your instincts are leading the way. A birth that is family-directed and in honor and support of you as Mother and the creation or expansion of your family unit. My work is to support and trust you fully physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and to honor and support the cultivation of your own deep trust in yourself and your innate knowing.

Our time together with me as your doula can include anything regarding pregnancy, your birth plan, labor, postpartum, but is not limited there. I prioritize genuine connection so I am able to support you on all levels of your being throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, therefore everything that is coming up for you is relevant and welcomed.

It is my deepest honor to serve Mothers as they pave a new way and reclaim a return to the knowing we hold as women.
