To know your body as your home. To know the Earth as your mother and yourself as her daughter. The truth of who you are, gestating between your hips, to be birthed.

Within the sacred remembrance that lives within your pelvic bowl lies your unshakable worth, purpose, sense of self, and belonging.

Your innate connection to all Life.

You are a vessel in which Life flows through, and your womb is the center of creation within your physical being.

Listen to her whispers of wisdom, and reclaim your feminine essence.

Birth yourself into the Woman you truly are, and have always been.

I deeply trust women, trust birth, trust life. The cyclical nature of all that is, mirrored through the cyclical nature of Woman.

I believe in the power of women and the reclamation of the wild within. A return back to the primal and primordial, the intelligence that exists beyond the mind and lives within our flesh, bone, and blood.

The essence of who I am and what I offer is rooted in this core truth -

~ the wisdom lives in the body, and our bodies are of the Earth ~

Our connection to our bodies and to nature is innate to who we are, we have simply forgotten how to be in relationship with them. We have come to see ourselves as separate from. I’m here to reunite the essence of who we are with the hearts and wombs of our selves, our human kin, and our Earth Mother.

We are so guided. We are so provided for. Life wants to move us, to move through us, and we get to so softly, with such sweetness and suppleness, surrender to it.
