Along my journey, I have found that a profound intimacy is available to us through direct connection to the seasonality of the Earth. Learning to listen to what the moment is offering, and how we can be supported by and receive the moment.

One of the ways this has largely come through is in working with the medicine of the plants and developing personal relationships with their beings. The plants are incredible teachers in allowing the ever-changing nature of this cyclical world to be as it is, and inviting in the beauty and magic of the uniqueness of each moment in time, embracing the cyclical nature that exists inside of us and all around us. They teach us about what is, and who we are within it.

There is a preciousness in the way the Earth offers herself to us, and we get to be with her in the brief moment it is available, when we are paying attention.

Additionally, as the seasons change, so do the needs of our bodies. There is so much available to us when we open to how we can more deeply support and nourish our bodies physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually through relationship with the plants.

In this 3 month journey, we will explore the season of Autumn through medicine making, learning local seasonal plants, kitchen herbalism, and so much more!

We will be guided in our explorations by who is showing up outside our door, what our bodies are asking for as we transition to fall, and, as always, the whispers of the plants!
